This is truly a benefit for our members and the entire ACEDS community.”

“We are excited to partner with ACEDS to add the eDiscovery Assistant platform as part of the education and training ACEDS provides its members. By leveraging our eDiscovery case law and resources to assist in preparation for the CEDS exam, ACEDS is giving their CEDS candidates the ability to understand how the scenarios outlined in their study materials apply to real world cases,” said Kelly Twigger, CEO of eDiscovery Assistant LLC. “In addition, we’re putting our powerful legal research platform in the hands of ACEDS’ members so they can have access to case law, checklists, and other tools to help them with their jobs on a daily basis.”
